[2]花を咲かせる (hana wo sakaseru) - literally means to make flowers bloom, but is more often used as an expression in the Japanese language that means "to become successful"/"to bring something to cultivation." So she's basically saying that during the limited days, while you're still young, do your best to become as successful as you can.
